Our family has been blessed with the opportunity to visit Disney World in Orlando four times.\u00a0With these four\u00a0trips we have totally relied on the help of our longtime friend, Marie Lovas and Beaches and Dreams! Each time we have traveled, Marie has secured all of our travel arrangements, (flight, personal transportation and limo ride!), park tickets and lodging. We are so thankful for her expert advice and help. We have always taken her recommendations whether it be restaurants or which resort to stay in and each time we are not disappointed. She has the magical touch because when we have traveled I have felt like we are under a lucky star. They have all been magical trips with no issues.<\/div>

Marie has always encouraged us to try a Disney Cruise and it always seemed like it was out of reach. This year, we again took her advice and at the last minute booked a Disney Cruise and Walt Disney World vacation at Christmas (the busiest time at Disney!). Again it did not disappoint. We also, at Marie’s urging, tried a new resort at Disney World\u00a0 – Animal Kingdom Lodge.\u00a0 I highly recommend a Disney Cruise and our new favorite resort at WDW Animal Kingdom Lodge. With our next cruise – I will definitely take Marie’s sage advice and book more in advance to take advantage of better pricing!!<\/div>

We traveled on the Disney Dream and were treated so wonderfully.\u00a0With each dinner we had the same wait staff and got to know them very well. They were so wonderful and entertained us with jokes and brain teasers with kept the whole family engaged!<\/div>

We had the opportunity to visit the Disney owned Island of Castaway Cay. Right before we de-embarked for our day adventure – our son misplaced his Cruise ID card. We were able to visit Guest Services and within five minutes they had printed us another copy and we were on our way to our Bahamas Beach Day. What outstanding\u00a0customer service!\u00a0We were able to bike around the island, snorkel and float in the water. It was a picture perfect 83 degree day in December!<\/div>

The shows on the ship left me awestruck and the level of professionalism and help was just unbelievable. Since I have lost weight with Weight Watchers I was slightly concerned about all the yummy food that was available to us 24\/7. To my surprise I actually felt like it was so possible to still eat healthy –\u00a0even on a cruise ship. The fresh fruit, veggies and light options that were offered were so appreciated. I also appreciated all the multicultural dishes that were offered so I could explore different cuisine. (Even though I also did splurge multiple times) One night for dinner I was torn between two entrees. To my surprise our waiter, Servello, brought me both entrees because he knew I wanted to try both dishes! Each time we entered a food area we were handed a antibacterial wipe to clean our hands. That was so refreshing as I felt confident that Disney was taking a stand on making sure that everyone was free from germs and dirt!!<\/div>

When we arrived at Animal Kingdom Lodge, our view out our window was of a Savannah and yes there were giraffes- and the younger giraffes were running and playing with each other. It was so entertaining that whenever we weren’t touring one of the parks I was sitting on my balcony watching the “deer and antelope” and giraffes play.<\/div>
\u00a0<\/div>
The best testimony from my adult children was “When is our next cruise???” and “Why didn’t we do this before?” Thank you again to Marie and Beaches and Dreams Travel for creating so many wonderful family vacations and memories – we are forever grateful!<\/div>

Hilton Head was awesome! The service and Hilton Head Disney Resort were outstanding. I would highly recommend!<\/div>

The beach was a 5-minute drive from the resort. Disney has its own private beach house that has a pool, counter service food, and a bar.\u00a0The beach house also had games and activities to keep the kids busy.\u00a0The meals weren’t any different in price than at Disney World.\u00a0 They did have Mickey Waffles which made the kids happy.\u00a0No character meals, but Pluto made an appearance at the pool on Tuesday. The resort did not have a sit-down restaurant, but there are plenty near the resort.\u00a0The resort had a nice pool just like the Disney World resorts.\u00a0The pool had a slide and they did activities and games in the afternoon. They did movies at night too. There were plenty of activities to keep the kids entertained all around the resort they had different areas with games like horseshoes, cornhole, bocce ball, putt putt, shuffle board, and a playground. They even have crab fishing and regular fishing.\u00a0Every Tuesday they have a barbeque and pool dance party all evening which was a lot of fun.\u00a0<\/p>

The service was outstanding.\u00a0Everyone was friendly. We received free meals twice for all 9 of us, because of simple mistakes that were made that really didn’t bother us.\u00a0One time Giselle and I ordered a salad and fish tacos and when they brought it to the table they had a salad and a tuna wrap.\u00a0 We told them that we ordered the fish tacos and when they fixed the problem a manager came over with a voucher for 9 free meals for the entire party.\u00a0 Another time, we ordered sweet potato fries and they brought them out and they were burnt really bad.\u00a0 All we did is ask for a fresh order and when they brought it to us they gave us another voucher for 9 free meals!!\u00a0<\/p>

I would highly recommend this place.\u00a0The rooms were nice. The layout reminded me of Old Key West 2 bedroom villas.\u00a0 Plenty of room for both families.\u00a0 The kids all slept in the living room on the pull-out couch and chair.\u00a0 I really wish we would have stayed longer than 5 nights.\u00a0 At the time I booked it, I thought that would be plenty of time.<\/p>

This is not Disney related, but if you ever book a vacation in Hilton Head and the family has kids between the ages of 2 and 10 you must tell them about the Pirate Cruise. Pirates take you on an hour and half boat ride looking for treasure and there\u2019s a point where other pirates come near on a little boat and the kids get to blast them with water cannons.\u00a0 Our 5 boys loved it.\u00a0 Really cool!<\/p>

My partner surprised me with a vacation to go on a Disney Cruise. I was a little confused as we were not planning on taking his four year old son. I was curious about the options available for traveling without children but our Disney Travel agent, Marie Lovas assured us we’d have the best time. And much to my surprise….we did! We decided on a five night all inclusibe cruise which was perfect for us. We left port in Miami, FL and headed off. Since I’m new to the cruise experience, I didn’t know what to expect. Of the five days, three were at sea, one day at Cozumel, and one day at Disney’s Private Island, Castaway Kay located in the Bahamas.<\/p>

The ship is so big that it doesn’t really feel like you are on a ship. We found ourselves scoping the “adult only” areas. The one thing about this Disney Cruise line in my experience is that if you have kids, there is a ton to do and trust me the kids will have a blast, but if you are traveling alone with your spouse, partner or friend, you are sure to have an equally great time. \u00a0There is always something to do on a cruise. They have youth clubs for kids, pools, sports and fitness, movie theaters, meet the characters, gift shops, themed party nights and so much more. While the kids have plenty to do, so do the adults! Adults can enjoy the spa and salon, adult only lounges, dancing, karaoke, games, and more! I was beyond impressed with the Deck Parties that Disney has. The party ended with a spectacular fireworks show. Each day they also had character greetings.<\/p>

If you are thinking about going on a cruise I highly recommend a Disney Cruise!\u00a0<\/p>

Our Disney vacation to Western Caribbean was absolutely wonderful! \u00a0\u00a0With sunshine and 80 degrees everyday, it was just what the Doctor ordered since 2 weeks before trip, I had broke my foot. This trip was planned as a graduation gift for my daughter Emily, who’s life-long dream has been to “swim with the dolphins”! \u00a0She experienced this and much more on her excursions \u00a0in Mexico and \u00a0on Disney’s private island. With activities for our 11 year old, and a place for her to meet new friends, we didn’t have to worry about her safety or her getting “bored” the whole trip! \u00a0<\/p>

My husband and I dined at Palo the first night of our cruise. \u00a0This “sunset” dinner on the ocean was truly a memorable experience. \u00a0The food was amazing, starting with a”pre-appetizer” and ending with a wonderful trio of desserts. \u00a0It was well-worth the extra cost to dine with such elegance and abundance of food. Upon the suggestion of Marie, I had \u00a0a scooter on the boat due to my broken foot that helped me maneuver very well on this large ship. \u00a0Everyone was very nice and accommodating during my trip! The shows were great, the staff was wonderful and this was voted “BEST VACATION EVER ” by the whole family.<\/p>

Our Travel Agent; Marie Lovas was responsible for many of the “extra” little things that made our trip easier with my broken foot \u00a0and also the \u00a0nice little surprises, like a bottle of champaign and Sparkling Apple Cider (for girls) \u00a0with a box of chocolates waiting in our room the first night we had returned from activities! \u00a0She thought of everything, including having a wheelchair ready for me at my airport. \u00a0Her advise was invaluable on many things we would not have known or considered on our own. \u00a0Thank you Marie!\u00a0 Wonderful Memories!\u00a0<\/p>

Although my wife, son and I have gone to Disney World twice in the last few years and planned the vacation on our own, this time we decided to use Beaches and Dreams Travel Co. on the advice of a coworker. Our agent’s tips helped to make this the best of our three trips to Disney. A critical part of it all was that we could (and did) call Beaches & Dreams many times to tweak our plans and they were right there every time. We actually changed our resort three times within 48 hours after having various discussions. Now that it is over, we get to share our trip with her also by sending her photos from using Memory Maker. In conclusion, we want to thank Beaches & Dreams again for their professional, couteous and helpful service in making this a great experience.<\/span><\/p>

I was talking with a couple of my friends who had been several times and one of them was convinced I could plan this on my own. \u00a0I was thinking I could too but then another friend of my was talking about her travel agent and how easy and painless the planning process was. \u00a0The more I listened to her the more I was liking the idea of someone helping me to plan what could be the only time I would get my husband to go.<\/p>

I contacted Beaches & Dreams and from the first conversation I knew I had made the right choice. \u00a0They know so much and were able to tell me many details about what we were going to experience. \u00a0They worked with me on our reservations for tickets and dinner as well as a few shows and fireworks displays. \u00a0I was able to get the inside scoop on where to be and when to be there and that was such a life saver some days. \u00a0Before our trip, our agent would send my boys “Mickey Mail” and they thought that was so fun and almost puzzling that Mickey knew they were coming. \u00a0They were even more excited to get some “Mickey Mail” when we were home stating that Mickey was missing us. \u00a0That piece of mail started the conversations about going back, tomorrow;-).<\/p>

We were there for a total of 5 full days and each day, we had time to relax and time to play. \u00a0We rode rides and rides and more rides. \u00a0The food choices and reservations went off without a hitch and I was even able to communicate with our agent while we were there about\u00a0a couple\u00a0reservations and her opinion on what to do. \u00a0She was a great help in making my job as mom and trip planner amazingly easy. \u00a0We plan to go back and maybe even try out the Disney Cruise and I know who I will be calling about both trips when it comes to planning them.\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>

The only way to describe this vacation was perfect! From the get go our travel agent \u00a0was awesome. She was patient with the MANY questions I had and was very knowledgeable, she handled everything for us, we just needed to be on time to our airport. We purchased the Apple Preferred Perks that she suggested and am glad we did it was well worth the price. We waited in practically no lines and got on and off the plan in a speedy manor with a snack and a couple of drinks.<\/p>

We decided to stay at the Occidental Grand Xcaret in Riviera Maya, Mexico a beautiful resort where the grounds are well maintained, the food was delicious, the pools were large clean and refreshing, the staff was amazing and super nice I have never had such great service and everyone spoke English. Our Apple representative was readily available to answer any questions and booked our excursion to Chichen Itza. The excursion was great AC bus with restroom meals and a tour guide Francisco who was very kind and knowledgeable. All this again made possible because of Beaches & Dreams.<\/p>

On behalf of Craig, Jackson and myself I wanted to thank you for helping us plan a wonderful trip back to Walt Disney World in Orlando. As we did last year, we had perfect weather and a fun (exhausting) and amazing time there. Thought I’d send along a few points as highlights:
MONDAY:
Disney’s Yacht Club Resort\u00a0<\/strong>– Got the perfect\u00a0room for us this year (3007). Beautiful view of the lake, the fireworks at Epcot and as a bonus a day bed for Jackson which left Craig and I with big comfy separate beds to spread out on. The room was fabulous and impeccably clean every day. The cleaning person left a different “towel sculpture” which included our son’s 2 stuffed lions each day we were there.
Epcot\u00a0<\/strong>– Got to see lots more this year including the pavilions, fireworks and more rides. Firework\/laser show is unbelievable.
Via Napoli\u00a0<\/strong>– Thank goodness we had reservations. Even with them, we waited 15 minutes (not bad). Is a very big, loud, busy place but the food was really really good – fresh, hot and great servers.<\/p>

TUESDAY:
Magic Kingdom\u00a0<\/strong>– Got another good fix of Pirates, Haunted Mansions and Space Mtn in addition to lots of other things.
Yachtsman Steakhouse\u00a0<\/strong>– Got the same waiter from last year. The steak was impeccable, service fantastic, ease of meal with kid in tow – excellent.<\/p>

WEDNESDAY:
Hollywood Studios\u00a0<\/strong>– Our son was big enough to get onto Rockin’ Roller Coaster which we did 3 times. Our fav. Also managed to get onto Toy Story which we loved loved loved. All your tips for all the parks had us wait no longer that 20 minutes (start to finish) for anything this entire trip. Woo hooo!
Flying Fish\u00a0<\/strong>– Loud, rude, overpriced, wouldn’t recommend to anyone. We managed to eat our appetizers but couldn’t stomach our mains. Manager comped the meal and we went outside for ice cream instead. The boardwalk is lovely though. Glad we boated over and saw it. A great place to stroll and relax.<\/p>

THURSDAY:
Animal Kingdom\u00a0<\/strong>– Took all your tips (and a VIP pass which got us 2 rides on Expedition Everest in 40 minutes alongside a FastPass) and loved the park. Got there early and were done by 2 p.m. Had lunch on the way out at Rainforest Cafe. Nice treat vs quick service in parks. Oh and we had a fruity boozy drink which helped. Laughs.
Typhoon Lagoon\u00a0<\/strong>– Fun, bit thrilling in places. Still kind of a gross out for me (not sure bikinis should be made in size 20 and men definitely shouldn’t wear speedos -eewwww). Son really enjoyed it though.
California Grill\u00a0<\/strong>– A fitting finale to the trip. We had dinner at 7:30 pm with a gorgeous sunset, best table in the house, spectacular view of the Kingdom and all. Meal was exceptional in or out of Disney. Waiter was fabulous. We ran from the Contemporary up into Magic Kingdom and enjoyed the 10 pm fireworks. Tired puppies by the end of the day.<\/p>

My family and I are tremendously grateful to Beaches & Dreams for planning a flawless vacation for us! I asked our agent\u00a0to plan our trip to Disney World because I knew that she was an expert on all things Disney in addition to being well-organized, thoughtful and on-the ball. She did not disappoint; in fact she exceeded my high expectations!\u00a0 When we started the planning process, the agent provided me with several options for our accommodations and talked me through the many options that WDW has to offer.
We ultimately decided to stay at Port Orleans French Quarter and my husband and I both were thoroughly impressed with both the property and how well that particular resort fit our family’s current needs. We had absolutely everything we needed and more and I attribute that to Beaches & Dreams’\u00a0willingness to listen to my needs and matching that with the right property.<\/p>

Beaches & Dreams\u00a0secured several wonderful dining reservations for us, including the much sought after Be Our Guest, Cinderella’s Table and the Coral Reef. \u00a0Our daughter loved meeting her favorite princesses in Cinderella’s castle as well as dining in the Beast’s castle. Our agent helped make our daughter’s experience even more special by securing her a reservation at the Bibbidy Bobbety Boutique right before we visited Cinderella’s Table so she felt (and looked) like a princess when she met the princesses!<\/p>

Our agent planned our itinerary so we were able to maximize on every minute we had in the parks. We had four days and three nights and our itinerary was set so we were in the right places at the right time and literally did not miss a thing. We were able to see the parades, fireworks and shows we wanted and knew ahead of time where we should be and when. It was invaluable and without it, I feel confident we would have felt stressed and also would have missed out on so much fun!<\/p>

Beaches & Dreams made our trip to Disney so special and I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that if not for our agent, our vacation would not have been nearly as special and memorable as it was. I have and will continue to recommend Beaches and Dreams Travel to everyone I know who is considering a trip to WDW for their family. We’re already looking ahead to working with them on planning our next family vacation to Disney World.<\/p>

I have never had a better experience with a travel agent than I have had with “Beaches and Dreams Travel.” \u00a0I was given their name from a very close friend and was leery at first!! \u00a0I thought I had to pay extra to have a travel agent book my vacation… However, I was very wrong!! \u00a0On the contrary, I actually saved money by using them!! \u00a0\u00a0The deals and discounts our agent was able to acquire for me WAY exceeded my expectations.\u00a0 There were upgrades, specials on dining plans, and many other things that there is noway I would have gotten if it wasn’t for Beaches & Dreams!!<\/p>

Not only is our agent able to get us great discounts, but she is on top EVERYTHING, including dining reservations!!\u00a0 She knows where to eat. \u00a0Offers suggestions to accommodate anyone’s palate. \u00a0And is willing to spend the time on the phone and online to get the best reservations for her clients!!\u00a0 I have tried to make reservations on my own and it is extremely difficult (being put on hold for very lengthy time periods, and rarely getting the time slots that are most desirable, and that’s only if you are able to get a reservation at all).\u00a0 It’s nice to have someone doing the work for you that you know you can trust, and that you know only has your best interest at heart!!<\/p>

Beaches & Dreams also offered many options when it came to choosing a resort.\u00a0 There are resorts to accommodate everyone’s needs!!\u00a0 Which I never would have known if it weren’t for our agent.\u00a0 She was very thorough when it came to explaining the difference price ranges and the reasons for the differences!!\u00a0 Everything from amenities, dining options, room sizes and room options, and what is involved in traveling from each resort to each park. Whether it be by bus, boat, or monorail… It all plays a part in resort pricing!!<\/p>

Finally, I was shocked to find that our agent also had the knowledge and means to book vacations outside of Disney.\u00a0 My family and I were interested in adding another week onto our vacation to relax.\u00a0 We wanted to check out of our resort, but stay in the area.\u00a0 I mentioned it to our agent and she jumped right on it I had a list of house rentals and condos the same day!!\u00a0 Including prices, photos, amenities, and maps of the surrounding areas!!<\/p>
